■Preface
China is one of the largest paper making and consuming countries, with more than 20% annual growth of total industrial output. Its total volume of domestic paper consumption has exceeded that of total production, along with a powerful domestic demand.
The annual paper output in Shandong reached 16 million tons, occupying 1/5 of total production in China. Its sales income, total tax and total profits respectively held one fourth of the total of the whole country. Its production output and economic benefit have been on the top place for 14 years. The paper output in Shandong will exceed 25 million tons in 2011. The well-known paper-making enterprises in Shandong such as Chenming, Huatai, Sun Paper, Bohui, Quanlin, Yinhe, Huajin, Taishan and Henglian and so on will be invited to this coming Exhibition as co-organizers.
The global economic crisis since 2008 has brought both challenges and opportunities to the paper industry which has shown obvious integrate recovering signs in late half year of 2009.

■Review of history
◆ Last paper exhibition attracted more than 150 enterprises from 14 countries and areas. The total exhibition area covered more than 8000 square meters.
◆ The attending enterprises included famous overseas companies such as VOITH, ABB, Stowe/Xibe, Bonsia Finland, M & P Germany, Diamond Blade Finland, F&P Nordic Forest Paper, PCM Pump France, South Pole Ltd., Tembec, CNG, Elof Hansson AB Sweden and Stora Enso, etc.
◆ Domestic equipment and chemical enterprises included Changhua, Chenzhong, Hengxing, Kaixin, Haitian, Jiefeng, Jinquan Disc Dandong, Zhengzhou Yunda, Liaoyang Chuanjia, Hangzhou Project and Research Institute of Electro-mechanic in Light Industry, Shuangyuan Technology, Jinhu Jinma and Dssun Group, etc.
